Titan Telesales Agents

Titan Secure is seeking driven, professional, and results-oriented Telesales Agents to join our sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, generating sales opportunities, converting leads into active clients, and contributing to the overall revenue growth through effective telephone-based selling.

This role requires individuals who are confident communicators, commercially minded, and able to build trust quickly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing customers to present Titan Secure products and services.
  • Convert inbound and outbound sales opportunities into successful sales.
  • Explain product benefits, pricing structures, and service features clearly and professionally.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, dealership referrals, and internal databases.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within internal systems.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex customer queries where required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Titan Secure’s product offering and market positioning.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Previous telesales, call centre, or direct sales experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Target-driven with a strong sales orientation.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work on CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Advantageous Experience

  • Experience selling vehicle-related products, insurance, tracking solutions, or security products.
  • Exposure to outbound sales campaigns.
  • Familiarity with lead conversion and pipeline management.
