Full-Stack Product Engineer

We are building a Product & Intelligence Foundry at the centre of the VEA Group. We do not simply “do IT” — we build internal products, AI-driven platforms and standalone technology ventures.
We are looking for an engineer who treats a Sunday afternoon like a hackathon. If you have ever stayed up until 3 AM because you discovered a new API or found a better way to structure a database, this role will make sense to you.
What You’ll Actually Do
- ✓Rapid prototyping: Turn a napkin sketch or Figma file into a working minimum viable product in days rather than months.
- ✓AI orchestration: Work with our AI architects to build intelligence into products through LLM agents, automated reasoning and tool use.
- ✓Work across the full stack: Move comfortably between React or Next.js frontends and Python, Go or Node.js backends.
- ✓Tinker and experiment: Act as an early tester for emerging frameworks, databases and development tools, helping us decide what is genuinely useful.
- ✓Collaborate: Work directly with our Head of Product and Senior Lead to establish the “Golden Path” for future VEA products.
