Senior Product Designer

We are not looking for someone who simply decorates interfaces. We are looking for someone who can design intuitive, trustworthy and scalable human-centred systems for complex operational and AI-driven products.
If you naturally notice friction in dashboards, forms, workflows and digital systems — and immediately start redesigning them in your head — this role will make sense to you.
What You’ll Actually Do
- ✓Design user journeys: Shape complete product flows, workflows and interaction logic from first use through to repeated use.
- ✓Simplify complexity: Translate dense operational processes into interfaces people can understand, trust and navigate confidently.
- ✓Own design systems: Define and maintain scalable UI patterns that create consistency across multiple products.
- ✓High-fidelity execution: Produce polished, detailed and build-ready product designs in Figma.
- ✓Test and refine: Run usability testing, challenge assumptions and improve designs based on real user behaviour.
- ✓Partner with builders: Work closely with frontend and full-stack engineers to ensure the final product remains intentional and true to the design.
- ✓Design for AI reality: Shape interfaces where intelligence, automation and human judgement need to coexist clearly and responsibly.

Required Experience
- Seven or more years of experience in UX, product design or systems design roles.
- Strong experience designing complex B2B, operational or internal systems.
- Proven ownership of design systems across products or platforms.
- Excellent communication around UX rationale and design decisions.
- Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams.
