Key Responsibilities

• ✓Install vehicle tracking units, telematics systems and related security devices in a wide range of vehicles.
• ✓Conduct fault-finding and technical diagnostics on installed systems.
• ✓Ensure neat, concealed and compliant installations in accordance with company standards.
• ✓Test all installed devices for functionality and signal performance before handover.
• ✓Perform maintenance, removals, upgrades and replacements where required.
• ✓Complete installation documentation accurately and on time.
• ✓Communicate professionally with customers during on-site installations.
• ✓Escalate technical issues requiring advanced intervention.
• ✓Maintain tools, equipment and company assets responsibly.
