We are not looking for someone who decorates interfaces. We are looking for someone to design intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable human-centred systems for complex operational and AI-driven products.
If you naturally notice friction in dashboards, forms, workflows, and digital systems — and immediately start redesigning them in your head — this role will make sense to you.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Design User Journeys: Shape complete product flows, workflows, and interaction logic from first use to repeated use.
- Simplify Complexity: Translate dense operational processes into interfaces people can actually trust and navigate.
- Own Design Systems: Define and maintain scalable UI patterns that create consistency across multiple products.
- High-Fidelity Execution: Produce polished, build-ready outputs in Figma
- Test and Refine: Run usability testing, challenge assumptions, and improve based on real user behaviour.
- Partner with Builders: Work closely with frontend and full-stack engineers so what ships still feels intentional.
- Design for AI Reality: Help shape interfaces where intelligence, automation, and human judgment need to coexist.
Who You Are
- A Systems Designer First: You naturally think beyond screens and into how the whole product behaves.
- Strong in UX Logic: You can explain why a design decision matters, not just that it “looks better.”
- Comfortable in Complexity: You do not panic when workflows are messy, you organise them.
- Detail-Driven Without Losing Speed: You care about precision but still know how to move.
- Low Ego, High Standards: Feedback sharpens your work instead of slowing you down.
- Design Mature: You know where elegance matters and where clarity matters more.
Required Experience
- 7+ years in UX, product design, or systems design roles.
- Strong experience designing complex B2B, operational, or internal systems.
- Proven ownership of design systems across products or platforms.
- Excellent communication around UX rationale and design decisions.
- Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams.
